WHAT'S THE JOB?
We are looking for a WEB DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER to join our growing team. You will help us plan and oversee different projects making sure every project will be successfully launched within the timeline. We will provide you with learning opportunities, the ability to execute your own creative ideas, and continuous professional development for your career.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Managing relationships and communication with all project stakeholders and design & development teams for tech-based projects.
  • Managing the end-to-end delivery of complex system solutions, establishing and controlling project constraints and scope.
  • Lead team meetings, check-in with Jr. Web Developers and project members, support as necessary according to the needs of the individual project.
  • Help in the development and implementation of agile projects and strategy, while assisting in the removal of roadblocks to their work, and help them utilize resources to improve capacity for project work.
  • Present updates, make recommendations and work in cross-functional teams.
  • Work on actual development and coding of projects.
  • Encourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the team.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • College diploma or university degree in IT or Computer Science is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management with a background in web development.
  • Solid knowledge in agile project management/scrum agile project management.
  • Technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Experience working on “production-grade applications".
  • Must have experience with web development in WordPress.
  • Must be familiar with Jira and other project management tools to measure the progress and performance of the project.
  • Should be familiar with modern technology stack such as NodeJS, React, Postgres, MongoDB, DevOps, AWS, Azure, etc.

WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM EST, 40 hours per week.
